The Sales & POS module is the commercial heart of OMBA. It covers everything from ringing up a walk-in customer at a POS terminal to generating formal delivery invoices, processing refunds, diverting product to a different client, tracking regulatory certificates, and configuring time-bound promotions. Whether you run a single outlet or a multi-location network, all sales activity flows through this module and feeds the Sales Dashboard in real time.Documentation Index

How the sales documents relate
Role and access notes
Promotions can be restricted by user role (Admin, Cashier, Waiter, User) and by outlet location. Only users with the correct role assigned to a promotion will see it applied at the POS.
